The first step is easy - just say hello! You've looked through my portfolio and feel like we're a good fit. Reach out and tell me a little more about what you're looking for in your session. This is the perfect time to ask any questions about your session.
1. Say Hello
2. Book your Session
I've answered all your questions and it's time to make it official! Once we've agreed to your session date and time, you'll receive an email with your contract and session details. Once you sign your contract and pay your retainer, your session goes on my calendar and your date is reserved. The balance of your session will be due on your session date.
3. ask me Anything
It's time to set up your consultation for your session. There's no need to disrupt your routine—we can do it all via email or phone. We'll start with a questionnaire that helps me customize your session. From there, we’ll select the perfect elements for your custom experience. Bring your uniforms and any special gear or props that highlight your athletic journey. If you play more than one sport, or for multiple teams and want to show different uniforms, wardrobe changes are no problem.
Whether you enjoy taking an active role in planning your session or prefer to let me handle the details, you can be as involved as you like. I'm here to ensure that your sports portraits not only reflect your dedication and achievements but also capture the unique spirit of your athletic experience.
4. Your session!
Your session day has arrived! The most important thing is to relax and enjoy the experience! Photographing athletes requires a dynamic approach, which is why I work with you to ensure the session is easy and fun. I bring out the best in athletes, allowing them to showcase their skills and personality while capturing stunning images you’ll treasure. I do my best to make everyone feel at ease so they can truly enjoy the process.
On the day of your session, all your selected backdrops will be set up and ready to go. Most sessions take place in my Prescott studio, but on-site portraits are also available. Whether it’s bringing multiple uniforms for different looks or incorporating personal sports equipment, everything is geared towards creating your ideal sports portraits.
5. your photographs
About three weeks after your session, you'll receive an email that your images are ready! You'll have access to view and download your pictures from a private online gallery, which you can easily share with family and friends, no matter where they are. At this point, you can also choose to enhance your home with custom wall art or prints. I also offer sports-specific products such as banners, buttons, magnets, plaques, key tags, and more, perfect for showcasing your athletic achievements in unique ways. I'm here to help you in turn those images into lasting treasures. Let's work together to craft stunning artwork and memorable sports keepsakes that you'll cherish for years to come!

Designed to each athlete’s needs, these sessions are designed to capture the unique essence of each individual. Unlike the quicker Media Day shoots, these sessions are longer, giving us more time to explore different creative avenues.
Whether you’re showcasing a single sport or your versatility across multiple sports, each session adapts to highlight your personal athletic journey. You get to choose any 2 to 3 of my backdrops or scenes, these sessions may include dynamic green screen effects and composite imagery to create truly unique settings. Advanced techniques such as elaborate lighting and atmosphere fog may be used to enhance the dramatic effect, and you’re encouraged to bring personal props that hold special significance to you.
Each custom sportrait session includes a larger number of digital images, with the flexibility to schedule any time throughout the year. Following the session, you have the opportunity to purchase additional images a la carte. You can also select from a variety of legacy artwork and custom wall art, along with sports-specific products like banners, buttons, and magnets, adding a personal and thematic touch to your home that celebrates your athletic achievements.

I am committed to supporting local teams, groups, booster clubs, and PTAs by helping raise the necessary funds for their programs. Each fundraiser is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of your organization. I offer discounted rates for those organizing the fundraiser, and additionally, a portion of the proceeds from each booking is donated back to your organization. This is a fantastic way to get high-quality sports portraits while simultaneously contributing to your community’s goals and activities.
Group Rates
If you and your teammates or friends want to share a session, I offer flexible group rates that make it easy and affordable. You can opt for a longer group session that focuses on capturing the dynamic of the group while also including a few individual shots. Or, if you and a teammate both book individual sessions on the same day, I offer a discount, and we can schedule them to overlap slightly so you can also get some images together. This approach is perfect for athletes who want a mix of solo and friend photos, providing a comprehensive portrait of your sports journey.
